Job Description:
Territory Manager needed for Hunton Distribution, a division of The Hunton Group in Houston, TX. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a sales territory in the Houston metropolitan area. Your primary goal will be to increase sales revenue by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing and potential customers. You will represent and sell Trane HVAC equipment to residential and light commercial contractors, assist Trane contractors to improve the profitability of their business through systematic implementation of business plans, and find, on-board, and guide new customers to become Trane Dealers.

Your responsibilities will include first-line communication with customers on Trane equipment and basic application information, attending sales meetings and monthly sales reviews to track progress with management, maintaining records of sales and account activity, customer information, and requests, and collaborating on all applicable team projects. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company. We require excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent customer service skills. Basic knowledge of HVAC equipment and systems is necessary. Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook are required tools for this position. In-home retail selling experience is a plus.
