Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Waypoint Management Services. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our properties, ensuring that they are safe, clean, and well-maintained for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage the maintenance and repair of all property equipment and systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff, including scheduling, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress.
  • Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify and address any maintenance issues or concerns.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure that properties are properly maintained and that any necessary repairs are completed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including property management and leasing, to ensure that maintenance needs are met and that residents are satisfied with the level of service provided.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to maintenance and property management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or property management, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
