About the Role

We are looking for someone with advanced knowledge of Recreational Vehicle (RV) coach systems, generators, and coach body repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnostic and Repair Services: Provide complete diagnostic tests and repair or replacement services to customers, documenting all work performed.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance, ensuring all work meets quality standards.
  • Parts and Materials Management: Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements, maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Keep supervisors apprised of work progress, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Quality Control: Ensure final work products meet quality standards, inspected by supervisors or designees.
  • Work Environment: Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
Requirements
  • Certification and Experience: Certification from a college or technical school in a trade field (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Maintenance, etc.) is preferred, but applicable work experience is also considered.
  • Service Technician Experience: Minimum of 1-year service technician experience or related fields preferred.
  • RVIA Certification: RVIA certification is helpful but not required.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license required.
  • Physical Demands: May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices, with prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
  • Environmental Conditions: Exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment, with environmental conditions including heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust, and wetness.
