We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Associate Manager to contribute to our mission of expanding a leading studio that challenges the limits of immersive gameplay experiences.

The ideal candidate will support and spearhead Go-to-Market initiatives for customized branded user-generated content (UGC) metaverse games and experiences, enhancing the visibility of our brand partners across various social and digital platforms. Initially focused on Roblox, this role will evolve to encompass all major platforms within the metaverse and web3 landscape. You will be instrumental in managing and executing Go-to-Market strategies for the marketing division as we continue to create top-tier experiences for prominent brands, artists, and film and television properties worldwide. Familiarity with major UGC gaming and metaverse platforms is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the execution of comprehensive Go-to-Market campaigns and manage Marketing Coordinator(s)
  • Assist in budget management for marketing initiatives, ensuring objectives are achieved
  • Innovate and establish internal and cross-functional processes to enhance workflows
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Post-Production teams to align asset development with performance marketing strategies
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with key vendors and influencers
  • Develop and manage paid media strategies and reporting across primary advertising platforms
  • Lead the development of essential marketing strategies
  • Supervise the Community Manager and assist in crafting narratives and strategies that connect to main campaigns
  • Stay informed about industry trends, gaming culture, and emerging media, particularly regarding Roblox and the metaverse

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Advertising, Marketing, Entertainment, or a related field
  • Experience in leading and influencing cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • At least 1 year of experience in team management
  • Proven track record in leading product Go-to-Market campaigns from inception to execution
  • Strong writing skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
  • Passion for gaming and the web3 domain
  • Ability to anticipate needs and possess organizational skills to manage multiple unique projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented and proactive, with demonstrated ability to work independently
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on deadlines
  • Proficient in social media and digital media
  • Knowledge of the gaming industry, gaming culture, and Roblox is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Enthusiasm for emerging media, technology, and the metaverse
  • Experience in an agency setting is highly preferred
  • Intermediate understanding of Roblox and Fortnite community expectations
  • Intermediate knowledge of web3 platforms
  • Experience with digital fashion on platforms like Roblox, Zepeto, Decentraland, or similar avatar environments
  • Experience in generative AI, AR, VR, etc., is a plus
