- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and manage strategic relationships with property partners, nonprofit partners, and other key stakeholders, focusing primarily on building housing inventory in the company marketplace and maintaining productive relationships that advance the organization's goals.
- Customer Experience: Create outstanding customer experiences for property and community partners, resolving operational challenges and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Marketing and Public Relations: Support the implementation of grassroots marketing efforts to increase awareness of the company among key stakeholders and strengthen the organization's presence in the community.
- Cultural Competence and Inclusion: Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization, ensuring that practices and programs are accessible and relevant to the communities served.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree is a plus, but equivalent experience will be considered.
- Proven ability to set and achieve clear strategic goals, providing visionary leadership in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment. Strong communication skills to articulate vision and strategies clearly.
- Track record of success in securing funding and managing finances within a nonprofit or similar environment, with experience in sales, real estate/property management, and/or housing.
- A strong aptitude for business-to-business sales, stakeholder management, and team building are a must. Established connections in the Denver Metro and surrounding area, with exceptional interpersonal skills to build and manage strategic relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and stakeholders simultaneously, adapting operational infrastructure to meet local needs.
- Demonstrated success in hiring, managing, and developing effective teams, fostering a positive and growth-oriented work environment.
- Ability to navigate and resolve crises, maintain stability and drive solutions that align with the organization's mission.
- Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a proven ability to create an environment that is actively inclusive for all.
- A relentless pursuit of the optimal customer experience, with curiosity and a growth mindset that drives continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results, with a history of success in startups, launching programs, or similar environments.
- Nice to have: Experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with a proactive, hands-on approach to building the organization's presence.
