We are seeking a full-time Sales Support Specialist for the Lubricants division to join our team at Mobene GmbH & Co. KG in Hamburg.
Key Responsibilities- Provide active customer support and telephone sales, as well as comprehensive technical advice on the use and application of our products.
- Independently calculate and prepare offers for mineral oil dealers.
- Manage complex and strategic accounts in the large customer segment.
- Process orders and create customer-specific price lists in cooperation with the Lubes sales coordination.
- Maintain contracts and prices, as well as create new customers in the ERP system.
- Reactivate and acquire mineral oil dealers independently.
- Ensure economically viable credit and insurance applications.
- Monitor receivables and conduct telephone reminders with mineral oil dealers.
- Collect regional market information for analysis of competitive behavior and as a basis for pricing.
- Process customer complaints.
- Visit selected customers with the field sales team.
- Successfully completed commercial training (e.g. office management or wholesale and foreign trade management).
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role.
