Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to take on the role of Assistant Project Manager. This key position involves supporting the Project Manager in all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Project Manager throughout the project lifecycle, from planning to execution and closure.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients and contractors, to facilitate clear communication.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
  • Identify and address project risks and issues, proposing effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Provide regular updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project management within the construction sector.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies.
