About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join our team at Oneida Technical Solutions, LLC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive logistical support for our Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Air Operations Center (AOC) program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Lifecycle Management: Track materials through the entire logistics lifecycle, from procurement to installation in Kuwait.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain 100% inventory accuracy of all project materials and equipment.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Conduct recurring inventory reporting and ensure compliance with all relevant standards.
  • Material Receipt and Handling: Manage material receipt at our warehouse and oversee material handling, including sign-in/sign-out/transfer between the warehouse and the System Integration Lab (SIL).
  • Export Control Compliance: Ensure compliance with Export Control regulations, including ITAR and Technical Assistance Agreements (TAAs).
  • Shipping and Documentation: Prepare and submit all shipping documents to the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) and ensure all materials are packaged, labeled, and shipped per relevant standards.
  • Inventory Checks and Inspections: Conduct inventory checks and inspect materials for damage upon delivery at the AOC facility in Kuwait.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide detailed reports on any missing or damaged items, including photographic evidence, and coordinate with on-site personnel in Kuwait for warehousing, tools, equipment, vehicles, storage, and laydown areas.
Requirements
  • Active Secret Security Clearance: Possess an active Secret security clearance.
  • Logistics Experience: Minimum of five (5) years of experience in DoD/Military logistics management, including purchasing, transportation, receiving, storing, inventorying, packaging, shipping, and material disposal.
  • Software Experience: At least three (3) years of experience with logistics/inventory management software.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness and ability to travel for up to 6 months to the Middle East.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
