Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales presentations that emphasize the features and benefits of our products, actively driving sales by understanding and meeting the unique needs of each customer.

  • Train and mentor new team members, share your expertise, and give and receive feedback.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of consultative, customer-facing sales experience, selling products with clear features and benefits is required; jewelry sales experience is not mandatory, as we will provide comprehensive training and ongoing learning opportunities.
  • Availability during evenings and weekends.
  • High level of visual acuity and manual dexterity.
  • Excellence in written and spoken English; effective communication is key.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.

The salary range for this role is $26-$35/hr. plus opportunities for bonus. The range describes the minimum to maximum likely rate for this job description in this local market in the state of California. Individual pay will be determined based on skills and qualifications for the role. The salary range for this same position may be lower or higher in other markets.
