Job Title: Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our West Chester, OH store location.

The ideal candidate will have a solid background in retail management, proven leadership abilities, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Inspire and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and provide top-notch customer service.
  • Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns to drive store traffic and increase sales.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the store's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense management.
  • Staff Development: Recruit, train, and develop store staff to enhance their skills.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain an attractive and organized store layout that reflects the brand's image and appeals to customers.
  • Customer Experience: Engage with customers daily to discover and understand their soccer needs.

Qualifications:

  • 3 + years of experience as a Retail Store Manager or in a similar leadership role.
  • College degree preferred; High school or GED required.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Solid understanding of retail management best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
