Key Responsibilities

MD Now Urgent Care operates Monday through Sunday from 8 AM to 8 PM. Flexibility to work during these hours is essential.

As a Patient Care Representative, you will play a vital role in championing patient care. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support to our patients.

Responsibilities include:
  • Timely patient check-ins while adhering to all Web Check-in protocols.
  • Handling incoming calls to the clinic, providing information, or directing inquiries as necessary.
  • Accurate and timely verification of insurance information.
  • Following occupational client preference protocols and procedures.
  • Reviewing patient documentation for completeness and ensuring the collection of necessary insurance and demographic data.
  • Completing a Daily Balance Checklist at the end of each shift to ensure all payment forms are accounted for.
  • Willingness to travel or float between various MD Now locations within the assigned area is preferred.
Qualifications
  • Preferred: 1 year of experience in a clinical patient care environment.
  • Required: Obtain BLS certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Strong customer service abilities.
  • Proficiency in using multiple computer applications.
