Employee Experience Coordinator

Greater Des Moines Habitat for Humanity is seeking an experienced Employee Experience Coordinator to join our team. As an Employee Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all employees.
About the Role:
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a collaborative environment and have a passion for employee experience and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate employee events and activities to foster a sense of community.
- Provide ongoing support and feedback to employees to ensure their needs are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) preferred
- Experience in employee experience and engagement preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop recommendations.
- Proficiency with technology/computers required.
