We are looking for a highly experienced Commercial Security Growth Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency, and increase market share in our Commercial Division. With a strong focus on leadership, industry expertise, and strategy execution, this role requires a proven track record of success in commercial security sales leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Planning: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and develop comprehensive business plans to address these opportunities.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase market share.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10+ years of commercial security sales leadership experience, preferably with a regional or national security provider.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving operational efficiency, and increasing market share.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across matrixed structures.
