Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced BIM Project Lead to join our Virtual Design and Construction team in Northern California. This position is responsible for facilitating exceptional project execution and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver expert BIM support throughout the project life cycle, from design to close-out.
  • Act as the main point of contact for BIM technology and related issues between the Construction Team, subcontractors, the owner, the Design Team, and others.
  • Manage the development of the BIM model and modeling guidelines.
  • Direct the workflow of BIM support roles.
  • Interface with IT staff to ensure the BIM Team has the necessary hardware and BIM Software.
Requirements:
  • Expert knowledge of BIM Processes and technologies, especially Revit.
  • AutoCAD, Fabrication CADmep, Navisworks Manage, and computer programming (Revit and AutoCAD API) is a plus.
  • A technical aptitude—understanding and being comfortable with how other technologies work and the ability to troubleshoot.
  • Experience with HVAC, piping, plumbing, and/or electrical BIM.
  • Minimum of an Associate's degree and 4+ years of experience in a related construction, engineering, or technical discipline or equivalent.

Compensation:

Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For California, this ranges from $90,000 - $120,000 plus annual incentive, benefits, and retirement program as outlined above.
