POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced BIM Project Lead to support our Virtual Design and Construction team in Northern California. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional project execution and client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Facilitate project execution and client experience
* Provide expert BIM support throughout the project life cycle
* Manage development of the BIM model and modeling guidelines
* Direct workflow of BIM support roles
* Interface with IT staff to ensure the BIM Team has the necessary hardware and BIM Software

Requirements:

* Expert knowledge of BIM Processes and technologies, especially Revit
* AutoCAD, Fabrication CADmep, Navisworks Manage, and computer programming (Revit and AutoCAD API) is a plus
* A technical aptitude—understanding and being comfortable with how any other technologies work and the ability to troubleshoot
* Experience with HVAC, piping, plumbing and/or electrical BIM
* Minimum of an Associates degree and 4+ years of experience in a related construction, engineering, or technical discipline or equivalent

Pay:

Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. For this role, this ranges from $90,000 - $120,000 plus annual incentive, benefits and retirement program as outlined above.
