Key Responsibilities- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service.
- Invoice and verify rates per contractual warehouse agreement, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Address customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating issues to management as needed.
- Research discrepancies in inventory, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a positive and courteous relationship with customers through email and phone communication.
- Collaborate with office and warehouse personnel to meet productivity goals and ensure seamless operations.
- Perform additional functions as assigned by management, including research and auditing of orders.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in logistics/3PL, with a strong understanding of warehouse management systems.
- Flexible work schedule, with ability to work early, late, and weekends as needed.
- Technical skills, with ability to work in multiple warehouse management systems.
- Detail-oriented and capable of performing basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to read, write, and speak the English language.
Palmer Logistics is a 3PL handling commodities such as hazardous chemicals, non-hazardous chemicals, food grade, and other general commodities at our facilities. We offer specialized services to our customers, including customized reporting, labeling, repackaging, and other services.
