Infosys is seeking a highly skilled Lead SAP SD Consultant to join our team. As a key player in our consulting team, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients discover and define problem statements, evaluate solution options, and make recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts, implement deployment plans, and support knowledge transfer to provide value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the specialty can be considered in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 7 years of experience with Information Technology.
  • Location for this position is Austin, TX.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience in the SAP SD module, including at least 2 full life cycle project implementations.
  • Strong in-depth experience in sales order, delivery, billing, pricing, SD account assignment, and revenue recognition processes and system integration areas.
  • Cross-functional module knowledge.
  • Able to analyze business requirements, provide conceptual and detail design to meet business needs, perform necessary SAP configurations, write detail specifications for development of ABAP custom programs, test, and implement automated solutions.
  • Identify areas of improvement and share regular feedbacks with the team.
  • Project experience on interfaces with both SAP and non-SAP systems, including iDocs, RFCs, BAPI, etc.
  • Ability to read ABAP code and debugging skills are preferred.
  • Good analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Planning and coordination skills.
  • Able to work and connect with the team virtually who are located in other geographies.

This role requires sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. You should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face-to-face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
