About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our Transplant Services team at Thomas Jefferson University & Jefferson Health. As a key member of our clinical team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal use of medications for our patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Medication Management: Ensure the appropriateness of drug therapy and compliance with hospital policies.
  • Clinical Expertise: Participate in the training of pharmacy residents, students, and interns.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement processes to assure the quality of Pharmacy services.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Interact with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the core values of the Hospital.
Requirements
  • Education: Graduate from an accredited college of Pharmacy, PGY1 required, PGY2 SOT preferred.
  • Certifications: Licensure to practice Pharmacy in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, National Board Certification preferred.
  • Experience: Advanced comparable hospital pharmacy experience, residency, fellowship, or equivalent required.
