About the Role

Vimeo is seeking a seasoned product manager to lead the development of our identity management and user protections capabilities. As a senior product manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with our company's vision for modern customer identity and access management (CIAM) capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers' needs and develop a product vision that meets those needs.
  • Translate company strategy into a cohesive identity product strategy that drives business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build, maintain, and monitor customer identity systems used by our solo users and multinational enterprises.
  • Drive a steady cadence of improvements by creating requirements and engaging cross-functional teams.
  • Set a high bar for success and look for opportunities to innovate and improve our identity management capabilities.
  • Manage the execution of initiatives from solution through launch, engaging all the right teams along the way.
  • Define metrics for success and failure and analyze key metrics to inform product decisions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record of successfully launching product solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience building software solutions in the CIAM space.
  • Strong understanding of CIAM concepts, protocols, and best practices such as OAuth, SAML, RBAC, and multi-factor authentication.
  • Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms, cloud services, and associated IAM capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven self-starter with a bias for action, who can both execute and strategize, and who is comfortable with ambiguity.
What We Offer

Vimeo offers a competitive salary range of $122,400 to $187,000, depending on experience and location. We also offer a wide range of benefits and perks, including bonus or commission, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), paid time off, generous 401k match, wellbeing resources, and more.
