Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of our IAM strategy. As a key member of our Teamwork pillar, you'll work closely with cross-functional partners and Enterprise customers to craft secure and reliable workflows for managing users. Your expertise in IAM principles, including authentication methods, authorization mechanisms, and security best practices, will be instrumental in shaping our identity offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a vision and roadmap for IAM that scales with our Enterprise customers' needs
  • Establish relationships with Figma's largest Enterprise customers to identify and validate key opportunities
  • Collaborate with designers and engineers to define feature functionality and execute against the roadmap
  • Drive planning and prioritization, defining and supervising key metrics, collaborating on marketing, messaging, positioning, and go-to-market plans
Requirements
  • 4+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager
  • Deep understanding of IAM principles, including authentication methods, authorization mechanisms, identity lifecycle management, and security best practices
  • Previous IAM experience working with large Enterprise customers
  • Led large sophisticated, user-facing product launches
