We are in search of a seasoned product manager to spearhead the identity management and user protection segment of our CIAM initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Craft a compelling product vision grounded in a thorough, data-informed comprehension of customer needs.
- Translate corporate strategy into a comprehensive and unified identity product roadmap.
- Develop, oversee, and evaluate customer identity systems catering to individual users as well as multinational corporations.
- Engage in hands-on work, delve into specifics, establish requirements, and promote a consistent flow of enhancements.
- Set ambitious success criteria, challenge the status quo, and seek every opportunity for innovation.
- Oversee the execution of projects from conception to launch, collaborating with all relevant teams at Vimeo throughout the process.
- Establish metrics for success and failure, and analyze and create dashboards for essential performance indicators.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in product management with a proven history of successfully launching product solutions.
- 3+ years of experience in developing software solutions within the CIAM domain.
- Strong grasp of CIAM principles, protocols, and best practices, including OAuth, SAML, RBAC, and multi-factor authentication.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms, cloud services, and related IAM capabilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven self-starter with a proactive approach, capable of both executing and strategizing, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
Compensation:
Targeted Base Salary Range: $122,400 to $187,000
The base salary range provided is for candidates located in the U.S., including the New York City metro area.

Base salary is just one element of Vimeo's comprehensive rewards philosophy. We offer a wide array of benefits and perks tailored to meet the diverse needs of our employee base.
