Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Workflow teams. As a key member of our Monetization pillar, you'll be responsible for developing and executing a vision and roadmap for IAM that scales with our Enterprise customers' needs.

You'll work closely with cross-functional partners and customers to identify and validate key opportunities, drive planning and prioritization, and define and supervise key metrics. Your expertise in IAM and experience leading successful initiatives with large Enterprise customers will be invaluable in this role.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about building relationships with key customers, comfortable working on both technical and user-facing features, and an excellent verbal and written communicator. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a vision and roadmap for IAM that scales with our Enterprise customers' needs
  • Collaborate closely with other EPD teams at Figma to drive planning and prioritization
  • Establish relationships with Figma's largest Enterprise customers to identify and validate key opportunities
  • Work closely with designers and engineers to define feature functionality and execute against the roadmap
  • Drive planning and prioritization, defining and supervising key metrics
Requirements
  • 4+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager
  • Previous experience leading IAM initiatives and a proven track record of leading successful initiatives with large Enterprise customers
  • Deep user empathy and the ability to build relationships with key customers
  • Comfortable working on both technical and user-facing features
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
