Job Title: Guest Service Representative

At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we're passionate about creating a warm and welcoming environment for our guests. As a Guest Service Representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and making every celebration sweeter.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Engagement: Greet guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm, determining their interests and needs to create a superior experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain strong product knowledge to educate guests on our cake distinction, size, and flavor profile options, pricing, special promotions, and complimentary retail merchandise.
  • Sales and Service: Process guest orders efficiently and accurately, suggesting additional merchandise to complete a unique celebration.
  • Store Presentation: Uphold a clean and organized bakery presentation, including routine sweeping/mopping of the floor, and dusting/cleaning of countertops, windows, and other surfaces.
  • Team Collaboration: Assist the Crafter in preparing cake decorations and packaging supplies as needed.
  • Adherence to Policies: Comply with all health and safety guidelines and Nothing Bundt Cakes policies and procedures, including strict adherence to dress code and personal hygiene.

Requirements:
  • Age: Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Experience: Previous guest service experience at a bakery, restaurant, or retail store is a plus.
Work Availability:

Shifts are available Monday through Friday from 10am to 2:30pm and 2:30pm to 7:30pm, and Saturday from 10am to 2pm or 2pm to 6:30pm. We are closed on Sundays and require employees to work holidays.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
