Job Summary

The Sr. Director, HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in shaping enterprise human capital strategies and executing business transformations across ASC and Practice Operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with expertise in organizational design, change management, talent development, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

The ideal candidate will be an influential leader who can develop and lead high-performing teams, establish strong partnerships with business leaders, and effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to create a high-performing HR Business Partners team, leveraging coaching, mentoring, and clear communication to drive results.
  • Consulting & Coaching: Provide expert guidance to business leaders on HR-related matters, helping them navigate complex issues and achieve exceptional business results.
  • Organizational Effectiveness: Design and implement organizational design best practices, leading change management initiatives, workforce planning, and organization hygiene analysis using data-driven insights.
  • Data and Analytics: Proactively analyze HR data to inform business decisions, driving recommendations aligned with enterprise strategies.
  • Talent: Oversee talent acquisition, succession planning, total rewards, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to drive positive outcomes.
  • Culture and Teammate Experience: Foster a culture of inclusivity, empathy, and growth, ensuring all teammates feel valued and supported in their roles.
  • Business Fluency: Communicate short- and long-term business strategies to stakeholders, demonstrating an understanding of internal and external factors influencing costs and teammate experience.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of human capital experience, preferably with leadership and direct report responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated success navigating HR Center of Service functions and executing HR and business strategies.
  • Enterprise systems thinking mindset, with ability to influence executives and lead large-scale change initiatives.
  • Highly influential and persuasive leader, able to challenge conventional thinking and drive transformation.

Estimated salary: $160,000 - $240,000 per year.
