Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Gathering, organizing, and interpreting data concerning substation components and equipment specifications.
  • Evaluating third-party design documents and project plans for compliance and quality.
  • Executing electrical engineering tasks, including the design of single line diagrams, substation layouts, and grounding systems.
  • Assisting senior engineers with research initiatives and providing informed recommendations.
  • Developing and enforcing site Health and Safety Plans to ensure a secure working environment.
  • Mentoring and training junior engineers to foster their professional growth.
  • Making judicious and ethical decisions regarding the utilization of company resources.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 5-7 years of pertinent experience following graduation.
  • Engineer in Training Certification.
  • Experience in managing small to mid-level projects effectively.
  • Strong technical skills in engineering principles and design software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Engineering.
  • Professional Licensure/Certification.
  • Experience in overseeing small to mid-size projects.
