Position Overview:
As a Lead Electrical Engineer at Solvenow Inc., you will play a pivotal role in our engineering team, focusing on the design and implementation of substation projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Substation Design: Serve as the technical lead for substation design initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Design Deliverables: Develop comprehensive electrical design documents, including protection and control schematics and physical layouts.
  • Project Management: Engage in project scheduling and resource planning, actively participating in management meetings.
  • Client Interaction: Interface directly with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment and satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct QA/QC on projects and provide mentorship to junior engineers.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in electrical engineering.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in substation design, including physical and protection & controls.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license.
  • Strong written communication skills.
