- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Manage inventory levels, ordering, and receiving of bakery supplies, including ingredients, packaging materials, and equipment.
- Maintain a Clean and Safe Work Environment: Ensure that the bakery department is clean, safe, and well-maintained, and that all equipment is in good working order.
- Monitor and Analyze Performance: Monitor and analyze bakery performance metrics, including sales, productivity, and customer satisfaction, to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and Implement Process Improvements: Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a bakery or retail management role.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
- Certifications: Food safety certification required; other certifications may be preferred.
- Competitive Salary: $18.95 - $27.25 per hour.
