About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team at Express Employment Professionals. As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our properties, ensuring that all repairs and replacements necessary for apartments to be occupied are completed in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Maintenance: Troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems, electronic systems, major appliances, HVAC, pool and spa equipment, and other systems on community properties.
  • On-Call Support: Provide 24/7 on-call support to address maintenance requests and ensure that all issues are resolved promptly.
  • Coordination and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including responding to resident and management requests for occupied apartments.
Requirements
  • Experience: Three to five years of experience in multifamily facility maintenance.
  • Skillset: Strong troubleshooting and repair skills, with the ability to work with a variety of systems and equipment.
