Restoration Specialist

Job Summary

Elite Restoration is seeking a skilled Restoration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for restoring damaged properties to their original condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform controlled demolition and removal of baseboards and carpet cushions
• Secure and reattach wallpaper
• Install drywall and trim finish work
• Remove insulation and paint

Additional Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, and insurance companies
• Conduct vehicle safety and maintenance inspections
• Maintain equipment and vehicles in clean, serviceable condition
• Participate in residential, commercial, and multi-family reconstruction projects

Requirements

• Previous experience in disaster restoration
• Drywall experience preferred
• IICRC certifications a plus
• Ability to lift and manipulate heavy objects
• Valid driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent
