Responsibilities

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you'll be responsible for:

  • Establishing and managing exceptional performance for client services and programming
  • Conducting consistent program reviews to ensure a high degree of clinical excellence for clients
  • Completing all required reports and updates for clients in a timely and effective manner
  • Following general best practice standards and evidence-based interventions in compliance with the behavior analytic literature
  • Providing consistent formal and informal feedback to RBT's to ensure a high degree of treatment integrity
  • Participating in supervision opportunities to review client progress and identify appropriate modifications
  • Actively improving clinical skills via professional development opportunities
  • Prioritizing parent training and parent meetings to facilitate the generalization of skills and maintenance during non-therapeutic opportunities
  • Effectively collaborating and communicating with other service providers to provide a continuum of care to clients and their families
Qualifications

We're looking for professionals with:

  • A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
  • BCBA Certification
  • BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR
