Job Summary

We are excited to announce the launch of our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in Boulder, Colorado. As a leading provider of center-based therapy, we are seeking passionate and qualified Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our dynamic team and contribute to our clinic's growth.

About the Role

As a BCBA at Autism Care Plus, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with top-tier clinical leadership, gaining valuable insights and guidance from industry experts. Key Responsibilities
  • Train and provide ongoing supervision of Behavior Technicians
  • Oversee assessments, treatment plan development, and ongoing program data analysis to ensure maximum client progress
  • Attend staff meetings with the Autism Care Plus leadership team
  • Develop trainings and collaborate with other BCBAs and clinicians
  • Stay current on new research and developments in behavior analysis
Requirements

We are seeking BCBAs with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as effective organizational skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate well with other staff.
