Responsibilities:
  • Establish and manage exceptional performance for client services and programming
  • Conduct consistent program reviews to ensure high clinical excellence for clients
  • Complete all required reports and updates for clients in a timely and effective manner
  • Follow best practice standards and evidence-based interventions in compliance with the behavior analytic literature
  • Provide feedback to RBTs to ensure treatment integrity
  • Participate in supervision opportunities to review client progress and collaborate with team members
  • Prioritize parent training and meetings to facilitate skill generalization and maintenance
  • Effectively collaborate with other service providers to provide a continuum of care
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
  • BCBA Certification and BLS for Healthcare Providers/CPR
