As a BCBA at Autism Care Plus, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our top-tier clinical leadership team, gaining valuable insights and guidance from industry experts. You will be responsible for:

  • Training and providing ongoing supervision of Behavior Technicians
  • Overseeing assessments, treatment plan development, and ongoing program data analysis to ensure maximum client progress
  • Attending staff meetings with the Autism Care Plus leadership team
  • Developing trainings and collaborating with other BCBAs and clinicians
  • Remaining current on new research and developments in behavior analysis

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Effective organizational skills, including the ability to multitask, prioritize, and communicate well with other staff
  • BCBA Certification
  • Flexibility with working on evenings and some weekends

  • A competitive salary range of $80,000.00-$105,000.00 per year

Language and Location:

We are open to candidates who speak Spanish (Preferred) and are willing to relocate to Pueblo, CO. A driver's license is required, and a BCBA certification is mandatory.
