Operations serves as the backbone of our organization. Every transaction processed, product launched, or market entered is facilitated by our Operations team, which collaborates with all departments to provide banking, trading, and asset management services to clients globally. In addition to delivering essential services, Operations plays a critical role in risk management and control, safeguarding the firm's assets and reputation.

  • Investment Banking Operations oversees all operational aspects of the Investment Banking Division, ensuring effective control and support for the firm's strategic initiatives.
  • Global Markets Operations offers client onboarding assistance, post-trade transaction services, and portfolio management for the Securities Division, enhancing client relationships across the board.
  • Asset Management Operations provides comprehensive operational support for our Asset Management and Private Wealth Management services, ensuring seamless service delivery throughout the client lifecycle.
  • Investing and Lending Operations manages trade support and client service functions across various loan products, ensuring a smooth process from initiation to completion.
  • Risk Management Operations is responsible for developing and implementing risk frameworks, monitoring key controls, and enhancing transparency and effectiveness in risk management.
  • Regulatory Operations ensures compliance with global regulations and maintains the integrity of the firm's records.
  • Treasury Services provides essential cash management and payment processing services for our institutional and corporate clients.
  • Custody Operations supports our expanding custody business, delivering execution, clearing, and custodial services to Registered Investment Advisors.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interest in client service.
  • Commercially aware with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Licensing may be required depending on the specific role.
