The ideal candidate should have comprehensive knowledge of healthcare systems and the ability to independently implement medium to high complexity applications.

  • Evaluate, develop, test, document, educate, implement, support, maintain, and enhance assigned applications and business processes to align with operational and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate across project teams and communicate effectively with project leadership to ensure quality and interoperability of design and configuration.
  • Utilize foundational knowledge of information technology, systems, applications, operations, and support, making effective use of training resources.
  • Thoroughly document business processes, engage with stakeholders, and maintain a clear understanding of departmental operations and workflows.
  • Provide concise status updates on key project areas for external communications.
  • Conduct process and requirement analysis, support root cause problem-solving, and offer recommendations based on current and anticipated data.
  • Adhere to organizational standards for system configuration and change management.
  • Exhibit core technical proficiency in application design and configuration.
  • Foster strong relationships with end-user communities, clients, and business partners.
  • Collaborate with Operational Leaders to establish best practice workflow processes.
  • Coordinate code modifications with vendors and the Technical Team to address infrastructure-related challenges.
  • Act as a liaison between business operations, providers, internal IT, system users, and vendors.
  • Follow change management protocols and ensure proper approval, testing, and validation of system modifications.
  • Complete assigned training courses for professional development.
  • May require travel for work-related purposes.
  • Preferred qualifications include an Associate's or Bachelor's degree focused on healthcare, business, or information systems.
  • Ability to present complex data clearly, proficiency in Microsoft applications, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

For Epic Analysts:

  • Certification or proficiency in the assigned Epic module (must be obtained within a specified timeframe).
  • Maintain current certifications or proficiencies through ongoing training.
