Front Desk Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Island Hospitality Management. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and being a point of reference for our guests and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check-in and check-out hotel guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Process all payments according to established hotel requirements
- Provide information and assistance to all guests and vendors
- Prepare reports for the management team during each shift
- Must have a valid driver's license
Requirements:
- Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
- Effective problem-solving skills, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary
- Ability to work well in stressful situations
- Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
