Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Operations Specialist to join our team at High Life LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of product data and information across our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and review product data from sales teams to identify errors and discrepancies
  • Convert and enter product data into our Buysheet system
  • Analyze product data to determine which articles need to be created or updated in our SAP system
  • Create and manage product articles, pricing conditions, and purchase requisitions
  • Collaborate with sales and production teams to maintain accurate product data and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Enter bulk sales orders for upfront orders

Requirements:

  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including knowledge of Power Query and VBA
  • 2+ years of experience in wholesale, preferably in the apparel industry
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • SAP experience is a plus

What We Offer:

High Life LLC offers a competitive salary range of $80,000-$90,000, commensurate with experience. Our total compensation package includes valuable benefits, which our Human Resources team would be happy to discuss with you during the interview process.
