Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Technical Vehicle Support Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service for our specialized vehicles, including various systems and upfit components.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical assistance to customers regarding vehicles and installed systems.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of vehicle systems, including electrical and HVAC components.
- Offer direct troubleshooting support to clients.
- Utilize a tracking system to monitor concerns and implement quality enhancements.
- Address escalated issues promptly and effectively.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Work Environment:
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Climbing in and out of vehicles is required.
- Occasional bending and stooping may be necessary.
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 45 lbs.
- Normal hearing and vision range is essential.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a service technician, with expertise in mechanical and electrical diagnostics.
- Strong attention to detail and a solid work ethic.
- Positive demeanor and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and resolve issues efficiently.
- Must successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a background check, physical, and drug screening.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Hourly pay range: $25-$26.
- Comprehensive benefits package available for eligible employees, including medical, dental, life, and disability insurance.
- 401(K) plan with company match after one year of service.
- HSA match up to $800 annually.
- Paid uniforms after 90 days of employment.
