Conference and Hospitality Service Coordinator

Overview
The Veracity team is seeking a skilled Conference and Hospitality Service Coordinator to provide exceptional service to clients. This role involves setting up and breaking down conference rooms, ensuring smooth delivery of conference and function services, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and break down conference rooms according to event orders
- Maintain cleanliness standards for kitchens, equipment, and meeting rooms
- Assemble and arrange conference equipment in function and conference rooms per event requirements
- Disassemble conference rooms at appropriate break down times
- Provide general assistance in cleaning kitchen and function areas
- Manage conference/hospitality calendar, greet clients and guests
- Perform other job duties as assigned
Requirements:
This position requires high school diploma or equivalent experience, with 1-2 years of experience in a related field. Some related copy job experience is preferred. A valid driver's license and minimum levels of auto insurance coverage may be required.
Salary: $43,500 - $51,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
