Job Overview:

In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Human Resources to serve as a thought leader in risk management; guiding and influencing collaborations with HR business process owners to identify, evaluate, mitigate, and manage critical operational, compliance, and other risk categories within Human Resources.

You will proactively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting challenges encountered in your daily responsibilities to management.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with business process owners by providing risk consulting and offering guidance on control design to effectively mitigate risks. Deliver risk consulting support for the execution of enterprise policies, standards/procedures, and regulatory modifications with process owners.
Conduct risk assessments to identify and evaluate risks, coordinating and supporting control effectiveness assurance across various processes.

Work alongside Human Resources to develop, integrate, maintain, and monitor procedures and controls to ensure adherence to Federal and State laws and regulations.

Engage in root cause analysis development, formulate action plans, and monitor remediation efforts in a timely and effective manner.

Foster a robust risk management culture through the proper implementation and execution of Corporate Risk Programs, Policies, Standards, and Procedures.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify, you should possess:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in Human Resources, Risk Management, or a related field.
Alternatively, 6+ years of experience in Human Resources, Risk Management, or a related field in lieu of a degree.

Preferred Qualifications:
If we had our preference, we would also seek: 6+ years of experience in Human Resources, Risk Management, or a related field.
Experience in International HR.

Compensation:

The base salary for this position typically ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,000. Additional incentives may be included as part of a competitive total compensation package.

Factors such as geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may influence the pay for this position.
