COMPENSATION: The hourly wage for this role is $19.50. This figure represents Aramark's good faith estimate of compensation for this position at the time of posting.
Key Responsibilities
• Organizes and assigns daily tasks to the food service team while monitoring task completion
• Provides training and support to staff on their roles, food safety standards, and customer service practices
• Prepares and assembles food items following established recipes and guidelines
• Ensures proper food storage in compliance with safety regulations
• Sets up work areas including preparation tables, service counters, and food warming equipment
• Dismantles, cleans, and sanitizes work areas
• Serves food to patrons, ensuring satisfaction and anticipating their needs.
• Restocks food items to maintain adequate supply levels
• Complies with all alcohol service regulations and safe drinking practices, including verifying patrons' identification
• Upholds exceptional customer service and maintains a positive attitude towards guests, clients, and colleagues
• Demonstrates a friendly, efficient, and adaptable customer service approach
• Follows Aramark's safety protocols, including food safety and sanitation practices
• Safeguards company assets

Qualifications
• Previous supervisory experience in a relevant field is preferred
• Required prior experience in food service
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification
• Exhibit the highest level of guest satisfaction skills
• Basic accounting knowledge and experience in inventory management are required
• Open to change, new processes, and constructive feedback
• Ability to build relationships with guests and colleagues
• Strong organizational skills to enhance efficiency
• Capability to manage multiple tasks, meet service timelines, and adapt to changes
• Consistently demonstrate professionalism in daily tasks
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent guest service skills are essential
• Ideal candidates should be available for a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
This position may involve physical demands such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended periods of walking and standing. Uniforms and/or Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
