Correctional Food Service Supervisor

Under the general direction of the Supervising Correctional Cook, the Correctional Supervising Cook will plan, organize, and supervise the preparation, cooking, and serving of food to the inmate population of a State Correctional Facility.

- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Supervise and train correctional food service staff.
- Manage food inventory and ordering.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth food service operations.
The California State Prison – Los Angeles County (LAC) is located in Lancaster, CA, and is approximately forty-five (45) minutes North of Valencia, CA.
