Nurse Navigator

As a Nurse Navigator at Lankenau Medical Center, you will play a vital role in coordinating the clinical care of patients in the oncology program. You will work closely with physicians, imaging staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to promote a coordinated approach to care.

- Three years of oncology experience
- One year of oncology nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in nursing required
- Master's degree in nursing preferred
- Current license to practice nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or a multi-state license verified in one of the approved states through the Nursing Licensure Compact
- Current certification in oncology nursing by ONC preferred
