Job Summary

Hawkins HR Consulting, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team. As a Process Engineer, you will play a critical role in optimizing manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Optimization: Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to manufacturing personnel, including troubleshooting, training, and development of technical documentation.
  • Quality Assurance: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance overall manufacturing performance.
  • Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to manufacturing personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Ceramics, Plastics, Materials Science, or related discipline).
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in process engineering or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a team environment.
