Job Title: Vape Sales Professional

About the Job:

iKrusher, a prominent Multi-State Operator in the vape technology hardware industry, seeks a results-driven professional to join our Inside Sales team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for presenting and promoting company products to existing and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present and promote company products to existing and prospective customers using strong sales techniques.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis to align solutions with customer requirements.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain strong business and customer relationships.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, social media engagement, and direct outreach to cannabis manufacturers.
  • Resolve customer problems and complaints to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of proven experience in account management or inside sales.
  • 2+ years of experience in outbound calling, social media prospecting, and lead generation.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Lead Inside Sales Representative (preferred).

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $60,000 - $65,000 annual base salary.
  • On-target earnings: $80,000 - $100,000 annually (inclusive of salary, commission, and bonuses).
  • Uncapped commission earned on every invoice.
  • Weekly sales incentives.
  • Existing house accounts provided after one month.
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage (effective the 1st of the month after 60 days).
  • Paid sick leave (accrues at hire).
  • Paid vacation (eligible after three months of employment).
  • Company-matched 401K plan (eligible after 90 days of employment).
