The Global Supply Chain Manager will utilize their knowledge and leadership to establish a supply chain that guarantees the production of 3D printing products that are redefining industries and pioneering new technologies. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of 8 sourcing and supply chain specialists
  • Apply DFM/DFA expertise to influence product decisions and articulate the operational impacts of design
  • Guide and mentor the team by exemplifying best practices in procurement and supply chain management
  • Lead initiatives for new sourcing and manufacturing capabilities aligned with the hardware product roadmap
  • Conduct COGs analysis, reporting, and reduction strategies for all hardware products, optimizing processes as necessary
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as accounting, engineering design, and sustaining engineering
  • Initiate new sourcing efforts in response to product changes, supply chain design, and manufacturing locations
  • Examine purchasing trends and create sourcing alternatives, identifying new high-potential suppliers globally
  • Manage and nurture commercial relationships with sub-tier suppliers

Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience
  • A leader capable of recruiting and developing top talent
  • Experience in technical procurement and product development
  • Skilled in developing supplier relationships and resolving issues as they arise
  • Driven to enhance and implement processes for effective scaling of supply chain and sourcing activities
  • Enjoys collaborating with international partners across the globe
