We are seeking highly motivated candidates to join our Central Financial Planning Analyst Class.
This entry-level role will be a vital part of the finance team, engaging in financial planning and analysis across various functions.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
If you fit this profile, you will be part of our finance analyst class, collaborating with business leaders on financial analysis, providing them with essential information to guide business decisions.
You will monitor past performance, ensure financial systems are current, prepare presentation materials, and assist the team with additional projects.
Expect to collaborate with various team members.Responsibilities include:
Financial Planning & Analysis /
Management of Operating Costs:
actual reporting of financial performance and budget preparation; partnering with leaders on business cases.
Corporate Investment Office:
assisting teams in preparing project business cases and committee materials.
Value Office:
preparing project business cases, tracking project value, and preparing update materials.
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will be part of the Transformation Value team, collaborating with at least one other finance professional on all projects.
Your reporting will be to a Director in the Value Office, Investment Office, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Team focused on Operating Costs management.
WHAT YOU BRING
This role typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as finance, economics, accounting, or business, along with 0-2 years of experience in accounting, financial modeling, and financial statement analysis preferred.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, combined with exceptional analytical skills, financial insight, and creative problem-solving abilities, is essential.
Ability to proactively manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work with exceptional attention to detail is crucial.
Strong analytical orientation, with experience in financial analysis and preparing presentation materials, is expected.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary.
A strong team orientation and proven ability to collaborate effectively with others to solve problems are vital.
The capacity to work independently as well as part of a team is essential.
