Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze program performance against established KPIs and targets, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide strategic insights to the Affiliate leadership team, delivering sustainable business improvements through data-driven decision making.
  • Lead the management of program forecasting cycles, ensuring precise and timely projections of program outcomes.
  • Oversee comprehensive program performance management, including regular assessments and detailed reporting of program status and progress.
  • Develop and refine the Quarterly Business Review (QBR) Framework, ensuring a robust and effective process for program evaluation and stakeholder engagement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Analytics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an analytical role with progressively increasing responsibility.
  • Broad experience with data platforms and analytics, including hands-on experience manipulating data using tools such as SQL, Snowflake, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven ability to present complex data clearly and compellingly.
