Your Role

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill this critical position. As a Lead Strategic Partnerships Manager, you'll be responsible for expanding our affiliate partner network, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the Americas.

  • Based in the NYC metropolitan area or willing to relocate, working on a hybrid model with in-person interaction required at least 3 days a week.
  • 6+ years of experience in sales, key account management, or business development functions at high-growth marketplaces, SaaS, or e-commerce companies.
  • Strong network and reputation, connected and able to leverage your expertise to drive business growth.
  • Proficient in affiliate marketing, with a good understanding of online marketplace dynamics and commercial instincts.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about driving results and KPI improvements.
  • Collaborative mindset, excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong win-win mentality and natural ability to build relationships.
  • Data-driven, results-oriented, and accurate, with a focus on delivering tangible outcomes.
  • Excited to spend up to 30% of your time traveling, representing GetYourGuide at industry events and conferences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
