Veterinary Assistant

VCA Animal Hospitals is seeking a compassionate and skilled Veterinary Assistant to join our team. As a Veterinary Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our veterinary team.
About the Role
As a Veterinary Assistant, you will be responsible for providing compassionate patient care, including administering medications, taking vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures. You will also be involved in client education and communication, helping to ensure that our clients are informed and engaged in their pet's care.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide compassionate patient care, including administering medications and taking vital signs
* Assist with medical procedures, such as anesthesia and surgery
* Participate in client education and communication, helping to ensure that clients are informed and engaged in their pet's care
* Maintain accurate medical records and assist with laboratory work

Requirements
